Civil Protection Orders

There is never an excuse for violence, particularly among family members and especially in the presence of children.

Victims of domestic violence can obtain a civil protection order if they feel that another has placed them in danger by threat of force or if they are in fear of imminent serious physical harm.

This civil action will request that the Domestic Relations Court grant a civil protection order requiring that the perpetrator do or refrain from doing certain acts.
